Please Help Me!!!!

It has been 11 wks since my last touchup. Thanks to everyone on the board. I was using no lye but I will be switching to lye. I wanted to know if I should use regular or super strength. I think my hair is 3C and I do have seb dermatitis. Any response will be welcome. I will be using Affirm fiberguard with lye.

it depends on how resistant your hair is. if your hair is resistant you will need to use a stronger strength relaxer

Thanks alliyah, my hair is coarse. I just don't want to see all my hard work go down the drain. I was thinking of using super or regular. I know I can't use mild.

I would suggest you use regular. My hair is thick and I've never used super always regular.

Girl if a sista don't have a relaxer I'm done! I haven't had a relaxer since November '03 because I have braids but I know when I take them out...whooo lord! Have you ever used super before?
