I would like to know how do you guys take pictures of your hair in the back? My sister has a digital camera and I want to start documenting my growth.

Or if you have a self timer on the camera, use that.

and you can hold a mirror in one hand while your back is turned toward the large mirror to help you see what your aiming at while hoding the camera in your other hand.
With a mirror:
Stand with your back to the bathroom mirror, and hold your camera so it is facing the mirror. So basically you need to take a picture of your reflection. Some hold the camera to the side, above their shoulders, but I always got the best pictures with it placed on top of my head. You'll have to try a couple times to get the angle right (if it's sitting on top of your head you'll have to angle it down a bit in order get all of your hair) and you may want to experiment with how far away from the mirror you are.
Without a mirror (if you have a timer on your camera):
Rig up the camera somewhere so it is at the right height to take a pic of the back of your hair. Set it up on a shelf or a bunch of big books on a stool or whatever you can get to be the right height (don't forget that you can sit or kneel on the floor for the picture--gives you more options for getting the camera the right height). Look through the view finder to get an idea of how far away you'll need to stand to get your hair all in the picture (again, you may have to take a couple to get it just right--you may want to put something on the floor where you're standing each time so you can do this more efficiently). When the placement is right, set your timer and go over to your marker on the floor and let it take the picture.
Without a mirror (no timer):

Or you can do what I do now and get a web cam with a longish cord, and set the camera up behind you while you face the computer. This is quicker for me because I can see what the picture will look like before I take it
