Pimples on scalp-- what to do?

Since increasing my conditioning on my hair, I noticed a couple of pimples on my scalp. What should I do about this??

As a pre-wash treatment, I apply a clay mask (I use this on my face also) to my scalp and leave on for 30 minutes then rinse and wash. If I do not have time to wash, I apply witch hazel with a q-tip to the pimple and surrounding area.

Hoping it does mean you are allergic to something. Is your scalp at all irritated in anyway?

My scalp is a little flakey.... I may prepoo with natural oils instead of condishes...
