Pills or Powder

I remember a thread a while back where someone was talking about this pill... But they said that the powder was better but nasty... They were adding the powder to orange juice and other things to disguise the taste... It helps your hair grow... What is it? I was going to purchase me some and forgot the name of it...

I agree. I'm sure its MSM. I take the powder version mixed with OJ.

I remember that thread... I thought it was Brewer's Yeast. I do remember people also talking about disguising MSM's taste with OJ as well.
