My girlfriend sometimes wears her hair like the photo.
She takes sections of hair and flat-irons it.
Afterwards, she applies a little spritz to set the style in place!
*She always protects her hair with a protective creme prior to using the flat-iron!*

Yes, a curling wax. Bed Head makes a good one and so does Avlon (Affirm).

Very cute style! I think finger combing it with a hair wax pomade after flatironing it would do it. Then spritz it.
