Im IN this thread....Since I plan on dying my hair in the future...


Question, if I wanted to get this(pic) sort of effect , would it be considered highlights or lowlights?....I want my hair to have electric blue streaks, but dont what the separated highlighted look, I want more of a subtle gradiant effect....
