Hi guys. In an effort to ease as well as speed up my transition to natural, I decided to use Robin Woods C&G method. I plan to wear braids like this for two months, then my own hair for two months, then complete the cycle. Just thought I'd share. I like them :yep:

Thanks guys! It took about 9 hours in total. I had most of it done in one night/morning, then we got sleepy. So she finished the top after our classes.

Are those synthetic braided to the ends, and then curled?

They are synthetic (kanekalon), but they are not braided to the ends then curled. I bought hair that was body waved (very loose wave with a regular curl on the end), and by the time she was finished braiding, the hair had spiraled itself, forming pretty curls. I guess from the twisting. I have no glue or rubber bands, they are just braided down far enough so that they won't unravel. They may a little, but not much. The brand of hair I purchased is Outre - Batik. The style is Batik Loose Deep Bulk. $9.99 per pack, 5 packs.
