Wow that last pic is symbolic itself! Such a dramatic difference between the 2 textures. Your hair is going to be beautiful - actually it already is from what I can see. I think with the New Year and your chop, your family members will be QUIET!!

It looks very thick!:yep:

Do you have any problems managing the two textures?

Um..yeah..well a little. I try to wash it at least once a week. And I deep condition. But like the pic shows, I don't do much to my hair but pull it back. By the end of the week the inside gets poofy. So I try and braid it in three before I go to bed so its easier to pull back into a "bun" thingy.

Ha ha ha! Oh yeah, them. Goodness. I hope so. But with them they'll probably move onto something else..like "Yuh hair short. Remember when it used to be long" I can't win with them. Thanks though girl. I can't wait.

YOUR HAIR IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, ALREADY( I LIKE THE TEXTURE). ONCE YOU CUT THE STRINGIES LEFT FROM YOUR RELAZXER, I CAN IMAGINE ITS GONNA BE AWSOME.

Very pretty texture. Congrats to you for hanging in there this long! Looking forward to seeing your BC photos in a few months. :yep:

Your siggy is hilarious. It reminds me of an episode of Martin when Gina had her hot comb in the kitchen on the stove:lachen:

Congrats on your transition, SB. I know first hand how difficult it can be. Looks like you're handling things nicely and it looks soooooo thick. I have thin hair, so I always drool over thick hair. It's the old adage of wanting what you don't have, ya know?

You've got yourself a good grade of hair. It's going to flourish when you let it be free, it already shows you're taking good care of it.

i love all of those curls and waves! i like your bc date too. good luck on the rest of your transition!

I feel you. Cuz right about now I'm wishing my edges would fill in as quickly as yours:)

LOL at good grade :) I'm trying to take care of it. Somedays I don't leave the house on purpose ( unless i have to) if I know I will have to "do/comb" my hair. So how is your transition coming along?

The new growth is beautiful!
That's great progress!
Do you think it gets easier the longer you transition?

Thank you. And looks like you are having great progress yourself. Now to answer your question...I'm not sure. Well it depends. I guess now, at this point my hair is easier to me to handle than it was say 2-3months ago. The newgrowth is at a length where its a big chunk of my hair so my daily "bun thingy" is easier to get together.
