Genius never dies!
SP, I was just about to bump this thread. I've been taking the Cap'Energy for about a month now. Took phytophanere for 4 months prior to Cap'Energy. I think I'm just now starting to see a growth spurt with Cap'Energy. I can definitely see a difference in my nape and edges. My nape is getting stronger and thicker. I also have some length there. I'm seriously SHOCKED by that. I can actually pull on it. YAY!
I'm also noticing new growth at my scalp. I kicked my weaves and wigs to the curb in August, cut my hair in a short bob and it's already growing back. I've been asking myself if this was Cap'Energy kicking in. Hmmm...
Played a little less than intelligent at a higher end BSS yesterday. I inquired about the Cap'Energy and the sales lady highly recommended them over Phytophanere. She said they were good for women who had problems with alopecia, thinning hair or stubborn hair that wouldn't grow. I'm commiting to Cap'Energy for a year (summer of '10) to see how they work.
Let me tell you, all my life I've had thin edges! Really thin! My edges have finally filled it. Believe me, I've tried everything. I'm not suggesting that it's necessary due in whole to Cap'Energy. But I am saying that the supplements may have helped them along. I had already been taking care of my hair, but the growth spurt is something that is new. My goal was to reach full BSL my Christmas, but I'm already at BSL unrelaxed! I will relax this weekend and probably do a light trimming or dusting, but my hair has NEVER, EVER been this long. It took me nearly two years to get to APL. From APL to BSL hasn't taken much time at all, and I do wear my hair out 3 days a week or so. My hair DOES NOT grow fast, either. It never has. My nails are long, too. Long and strong. They don't break. And my skin is flawless. No blemishes. No dark spots.
Cap'Energy is the only thing I'm doing differently so it must be that!
