Well, here I finally go. I've finally decided to texturize with the Phyto I bought last Feb. It's taken me all this time to make up my mind that a texturizer is what I really want. My objective is to soften the curls of my shoulder lenght, fine, thin 3c-ish hair. It's 100% natural & I'd really like to see a little looser curl with perhaps a more consistent texture throughout (my bangs & crown are sorta "wavy-kinky" and hardly seem to grow at all while my nape is silky-curly and the rest of the hair sorta in between the two types) What I'm hoping is any info at all from experienced veterans about texturizing with Phyto Index 1....how long to leave it in? smoothing time? any "mix-ins" necessary? I'm hoping for truly wash-n-go hair after this....am I dreamin????
