I just ordered two ponies from Michelle, synthetics---human hair is creepy to me. I know if she reads this thread she may reply but has anyone ordered the synthetics and did the alkaline rid rinse, is it necessary? I previously bought some cheap braid hair trying to do Robin's {Crown & Glory} two hanging braids..no workee, kept sliding off. The results after washing Michelle's synthetic ponies? I know the pony hangs at the back and will not really touch my face but just to be sure I want to avoid any skin reaction as synthetic whole head wigs tend to do.

Letitia, I ordered the SO3-THE WAVE and the SO5-LOOSE CURL, along with a hair sample for a better color match {that hurt!!}. I sent a check so it will be a while to have them in hand. I'll definitely post my reaction to them. AtlantaJJ has one which matches her hair perfectly.
