Persoanlly is moisturizeng every day necessary?

I co-wash daily and apply a moisturizing style aid or a moisture leave-in each night. I don't seal. I do sleep in a shower cap so my hair gets a mini steam/deep treatment each night. If I didn't co-wash daily I'd probably spritz. I don't HAVE to...but my hair looks better with dialy moisture reform each curl and plump it up each day. Plus, I love having. 001% breakage and uber soft hair.
