Wondering how many of you out there have tried perm repair, I decided to try it after seeing Reniece's Fotki, and the great results she has with it.
I am trying it now, and I really like it. It is really lite, non-greasy, dries quickly and moisturizes well w/o leaving a sticky/gummy feeling. I had not found a moisturizer that did all this, will add this as a staple.

My mom used to use in my hair as a child. it is very moisturizing and it made my hair soft. I need to start back using it, now that you mention it. By the way, I am a newbie.

My mom used to buy this stuff for me once I started taking care of my own hair. It was one of the few products I actually liked to use on my hair.

Ingredients from walgreens.com:

Water Aqua , Mineral Oil Paraffinum Liquidum , Petrolatum , Lanolin , Laneth-15 , PEG-40 Stearate , Glycerin , Sodium PCA , Panthenol , Hydrolyzed Keratin , Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans Sodium Cocoyl Collag , Acetamide MEA , Polyquaternium-39 , Stearic Acid , Carbomer , Triethanolamine , Methylparaben , Diazolidinyl Urea , Fragrance Parfum

My mom used this on me as well. My hair broke off horribly after a botched perm job,she would grease my scalp with Glovers Mane mixed with Perm Repair about 3x's a week. It smelled horrible, but my hair grew back longer and healthier! Im going to revisit this starting next payday~

Perm Repair has been on the back of my mind..so far back I couldn't remember what it was called. My mom introduced me to this product too and when I would think of it, I thought of how well it worked. I'm trying not to become a PJ though, so when I run out of my ORS Olive Moisturizer I'm gonna grab that up next. Speaking of this old product, does anyone still use Pink Hair Lotion? I use to LOVE this when I was younger because it was pink and I LOVED the smell. My older sister with her fast thick growing hair always had a bottle. I think I might buy it just to bring back memories.

i used it a lot before i started taking care of my hair. i loved it! thanks for reminding me how well it works. i'm getting some tommorow.

Oh my gosh!... I was trying to rememberhe name of this product the other day and not in life could I remember the name of the product. I remember it helping to grow my edges back in and was thinking I need some of it. Now that I have the name I'm going to check the BSS to see if I find it. I don't remember seeing it in a long time. Thanks Sophia:)

My hair doesn't like it(the perm repair creme that is)... the mineral oil in it makes my hair feel stiff.. however I love the perm repair setting lotion spray(consistency of water)..this stuff is wonderful for my rollersets!!

ok.. i've been using it for 5 days now and i HATE IT!!! it makes my hair very hard, stiff and dry. i miss my soft silky tresses! i'm gonna use up the tube but i won't be buying it again. ladies any recommendations for a good daily moisturizer? i don't like the way B&B oil moisturizer smells.
