. all i wanted was a bottle of surge for 5.95 and they want 15.95 for shipping and handling. needless to say i didnt order it and i went to walgreen.com and their shipping and handling is 1/3 the cost of paynes

There is a beauty supply store called Gigi's Beauty Supply store. I think there shipping price is much more reasonable IMO.
