Part of hair is underprocessed. What can i do to correct it?

My beautian got the roots straight, the middle is wavy and underprocessed and the ends are straight. I got the relaxer 2 months ago. Now, I have the new growth, straight hair, wavy underprocessed hair and the straight hair. Is what i'm saying making any sense??? What can i do about?:perplexed
