is so gross. it's the first time ever that i've used a shampoo and my hair instantly felt 'coated' with WAX. ick.

my hair was oily after 3 days....

just venting

One of the first main ingredients listed on the shampoo is PETROLEUM. I bet that's why you have that coating.:) I've never seen petroleum listed in a shampoo before.

I like the shampoo, my hair is coarse so the oil in the shampoo doesnt weigh it down, but keeps it tamed, especially while air drying.

The daily moisture renewal conditioner made my hair feel like I put a pound of grease in it. I like the new line Full and Thick. Awesome slip and softness. I can't forget my beloved Smooth and Sleek. Good luck with whatever you choose.

I finally bought the R and N conditioner. It is decent. I like the smell of apples and it detangles really well but I doubt I'll buy it again. Its not rich enough for my liking. But there is no way I can complain cos it only cost $3

The conditioner is probably the best detangling conditioner I've tried. As far as leaving the hair feeling moisturized--well, it is more of a coating. But if you use a good leave-in then you're good to go. Also, if one day you're going to (a very rare occassion-smile) use a blow dryer-it seems that the hair comes out very silky, shiny, and manageable with Pantene...like the quick drying helps it to perform better. Pantene was my staple my freshman year in college and I was still a blowdryer

--I remember my hair being bounceably soft, silky, shiny, and manageable. And despite the blow dryer, it was still thriving. (not that I advocate blow drying often or anything)

So this thread reminded me to try out the sample of the R+N tonight and I likey mucho

. Afterwashing it out I had lots of slip and almost tangle free. So I decided to followup with the Deep Moisture Recovery that I bought on Friday and that is even better IMO. The only downside is that I forgot how much crap these conditioners leave on your body.
PS. Pathmark has everything by Pantene 2 for $4.98.
