Paging Tracy: B 5 Info Needed

Hi girl! I wanted to know what brand of B 5 you had success with and what dosage you took....I am tired of seeing a toothpick-sized ponytail at the back of my head! I am ready to set a new hair goal for myself, in addition to length, I want THICKNESS! Please advise...thanx in advance.

I used Twinlab - 1000mgs.

I was tired of the same thing - and I fixed it. My anorexic ponytail/bun, it was dubbed.

Thanx Tracy! How long did it take to see results? I remember u said that the newgrowth comes in thicker so it will take quite a while for the length of my hair to seem thick...but I gotta start sometime...

I took about 3-5 months before I really said to myself "HEY! My hair is thicker!!!!"

The new growth made all the rest of my hair SEEM thicker is why.
