Paging Jade21 and other itamin experts B5 question

based on your experinences, what do u think is the most effective B5 vit brand out there. From trial and error, I have learned that all vits are not created equally.
(eg puritan pride biotin blows every other brand i've tried out the window.)

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

From my own experience, Solgar and NOW Foods. Tracy especially liked Twinlab, so I would bet it's a good brand to try, too.
