Hey tara,
Thanks for the compliment and you're not bothering me /images/graemlins/smile.gif Feel free to ask questions, that's why I enjoy these sites the ability to ask and answer questions freely.
Anyways /images/graemlins/smile.gif, I actually don't have a strict regimen. I'm the opposite. It has to be as simple as possible. The regimen I had before was:
Wash 1x a week
Oil with kemi oyl or WGO or my mix. I oil my temples with Vit E every day or every other day.
Spray/moisturize with my glycerin/water mix every other day.
I took my hair out of braids a week ago and have been wearing an instant braid do. I have my hair braided in about 8 braids and I have braided weave sewn onto weave clips. So I can clip and unclip them each night. To put them in takes about 5 mins. I came up with this idea last wek and so far so good. (I'll post pics sometime this week). And my no 'poo regimen for this new style is (I do this 2x a week):
Rinse hair with warm water
Put coconut oil in hair for 1-2hrs
Then add conditioner in (without rinsing oil) and leave that for 1-2hrs. I alternate bwt a moisturizing conditioner or a protein/reconstructive conditoner.
Then I add oil and the next day I spray in my glycerin/water mix.
I'm using up my supplies right now but when they're done my conditioners will be GPB and humecto. And my oil will be my mix and kemi oyl. The WGO is just too stinky.
Sheesh, sorry for the long post. Take care! If you have any more questions ask away. /images/graemlins/grin.gif
And that is it, as simple as humanly possible.
Dang tonia /images/graemlins/grin.gif you remembered my regimen better than me. LOL! See that's why I just started keeping a hair journal. To write down what worked and what I should never attempt again. Thanks girl /images/graemlins/smile.gif
