You are also HoneyRockette right? Anyhoo, the BY is going well. I have noticed a great difference with my nails and that was within 2 weeks of starting them (3 pills a day). Since the 3rd of October I have been taking 6 a day we'll see how it goes. I haven't noticed a growth spurt yet. My skin has also cleared up and I get zits less often now...and that maybe related to the fact I eat less sweets and fast food now than before or it could be the BY. I will take them 6 a day till my 4 year natural anniversary and see if I (making it about 2 months on it) get 1" by then. HTH
