Britt, Im ready to try a twistout now that I have a little bit more length. I remember how pretty yours was at the NYC Meeting. How many sections do u make? Do you trist going down or back? what products do u use when your hair is wet and when you take the twists down? do u put a roller at the ends? I think I need to because my ends are uneven...

DO tell, girlfriend...

HEYYYY LUNALIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!
I use Pink Lusters gel for the texture, thats what really gives it the smoothness. Oil nor serum will not give the same effect. I am a TERRIBLE twister, i think b/c i twist it sooo loosely and sloppy the ringlets fall naturally not tight. I simply condition wash my hair or regular wash and twist it back into 6-8 twists. Make sure the hair is damp and use a moistuzing gel!!
Lately ive too lazy to use the gel, but it comes out much better when I do

Oops i forgot to add, I add rubberbands to my hair ends

by 'twist it back' do you mean as in cornroll fashion (individually from front to back)?
