Was it you who said you frequented Luisa's in Silver Spring? I have a few questions: How much does she charge for roller wraps? About how long does it take for you to get in & out? Is there anything else you'd like to tell me?

So far, I've gone to Luisa's twice. I was charged $30. I went first thing in the morning (both times on a Wednesday). I know I was in there for more than two hours. It didn't take them long to roll my hair, but it did take my hair some time to dry.

Oh my goodnes. the first time I went there they charged me $45.00 and then after that they satrated charging me $40.00. I feel like I was ripped off.
