Oversized Satin Scrunchies

Does anyone know of a store that carries oversized satin scrunchies? I can only seem to find a semi-large satin-type scrunchy from Claire's. All the other scrunchies I see are really small. I need large ones to make my buns. Anyone have any ideas?

I've seen good sized scrunchies at Target and Wal-Mart.

I have tried all over and haven't found them in beauty supply stores. Tenderheaded.com sells them, but if you want a great deal, go to .tlc-pads.com/services.htm

A woman at that site makes satin scrunches in 2 different sizes. I haven't ordered from her yet so I can't vouch for the service, but they seem like the best deal anywhere, and I will be ordering several soon.

Thanks - I will probably just start using two of the wimpy scrunchies. All of the ones I see at Target and Walmart are just standard size. I wish they had beauty supply stores here!

we have samplemakers at work, and i had one of them make me one to see how it would come out. the thing is HUGE but nice. i recommend the following modifications to the pattern:

- use more elastic (9" instead of 8")

- cut fabric more narrow (5" instead of 6")

if i had a sewing machine at home, i'd be a scrunchie making fool because i only use black ones, and those are so hard to find...
