Overprocessed Hair?

Aphogee Treatment for Damaged Hair asap. That's the only thing I can think of. Along with regular light protein treats.

Thanks LocksOfLuV! I'm getting a corrective relaxer in a week and my stylist said my hair was overprocessed (she is 100% right!).

I tried to get her to tell me what I needed to do but you know how that goes. She's good to my hair and doesn't have to worry, I will be back. lol

I would def. stay away from a corrective relaxer unless you are UNDERprocessed. Adding relaxer over already overprocessed hair would be a disaster.

I say, get your hair back in order, then maybe get a corrective. But until then I strongly advise you to hold off.

It is underprocessed in the back. I will admit I am having doubt about doing it. My relaxed it on 1/2/07 so the corrective relaxer will be done 3 weeks after the relaxer. Is this enough time?

I don't know Mona. And honestly I don't think so. It seems to soon especially seeing how you are overprocessed in some areas and under in another. If it were me, I would try the aphogee and ride it out for a few more week.

ITA! You are on point, LocksOfLuV!

Thanks Ladies! I will cancel my appoint and reschedule the corrective relaxer in another 3 weeks.

I love the texture myself but I don't want to stress my hair.
