Over Shedding?

i seem to be shedding a bit more than usual. ne1 got any ideas y? and any ideas on how i can stop it?

What's worked for me has been a Dominican conditioner called Lafier Collagen and Placenta

I don't believe my shedding will ever stop but this helps:wink2:

Do you notice a lot of shedding when combing or detangling? I've found that by simply using a moisturizing spray before detangling w/ a wide-tooth comb significantly cuts down on shedding. Perhaps that'll help?
