Ovation how it's applied?

Does it have to be applied on clean hair? I was wondering could I apply it on my scalp and leave in for an hour and then wash out? Or do I have to wash hair first and then apply?

you can apply it any way - keep it in, rinse it out, mix it up, use it on dirty hair. a lot of choices, everyone has different preferences. check out the OCT/MT threads.....

I emailed several ladies and then I formed my own regimen based on how they apply it. I don't have the Ovation, only the MT. I applied it raw and directly to my scalp during the first five days because I couldn't find all my mix products. Today will be the first day that I use the mixture, but I still will only apply to my scalp. I have only been using MT for less than 10 days. So far so good.

When I was only using MT I applied it raw as well. There's someone who said it; she doesn't add oils or anything to her MT because the oil would be absorbed and not as much MT could penetrate. Makes sense in my opinion.

I have OCT now as well. So now it's mixed with my MT. If I wasn't using MT, then I'd be using OCT raw for the above reason.

I've had ovation for 2 weeks but have not been using it much. I am just trying to get in a routine right now so I can see some progress
