I don't know if you know the Ouidad Salon in NYC, but instead of using the traditional hair typing system, they use a different system such as Loose Curls, Classic Curls, Tight Curls, and Kinky Curls. I contacted Ouidad and they told me I would fall under the tight curls category. Under the traditional hair system such as 2c, 3a, etc, where would tight curls fall under? Please let me know.
