Natural Gang Gang Gang
I have been trying to logg into my fotki for a while close to like 2 weeks and havent been able. It says something about cookies and stuff, but whenI do what the directions say I still cant log in. Has anyone else had these issues and mind helping me out?

I know this is off topic but I figured I would get more response here b/c fotki is usually for the hair.

I got this message last time i logged in..

We Have Been Moving Our Hardware - Please Give Us Until January 18th!

Our Dear Fotkins,

Hey, thanks so much for your calls and emails to our customer service about the TEMPORARY (we promise!) problems of Fotki site run. Thanks very much for your concern, your patience, and your loyalty. And sorry for any trouble. It's all temporary!

1. Please, don't worry - your photos are safe!
2. Those originals that have been unavailable in some accounts will be up and visible within just 2 days.
3. The reasons why this is happening is because we have been moving our hardware to a new (better!) data center. Because we have so many servers and the transportation is more complicated than we thought - AND because we don't like to interrupt the whole site's work even while moving, the process takes just a few more days than we expected.
4. So, please give us until January 18th, and things will be as bright as ever.

Yours always, since 1998
Fotki Team

Maybe that's why you are having problems. I don't know
Maybe you should delete all cookies and then try to log in.

Yea I got that message too, but ppl havee been leaving messages in my GB and adding me as a friend so I thought it was working now.
Not to seem so dumb, how in the heck do you delete your cookies. I know that I have done it before but I dont remember how, just in case if its not working by tomorrow....

They are going through some ish as of late. I hope they get it together. I haven't had any problems getting on the site but some customer service issues. Umph! Also I think my album is on another server because I've been a member since 2001. So a few of their servers could be having issues. -TQ

I really hope they fix the issue cause all my pics are on there and I have no way in getting them cause I have that protectino thing going on for anyone that likes to steal pics LOL.
I am really missing fotki....

Do you have IE or firefox?
In firefox...click tools, clear private data, click the box for cookies, you might want to click the box for cache too, then click the clear private data now box

for IE click tools, then internet options, under browsing history click delete, then choose what you want to delete.

I've been having issues for the past two weeks too. I'm getting the same "cookies" message as you. I got annoyed and switched browers. I have a Mac and used Safari but now use Mozilla Foxfire and now I can log in.

I'm still getting that same message about 'cookies' too:wallbash: I'm tired of this, I've sent them an email:yep: Has anyone had any luck?
