I've used it also. I like the replenishing pack for after the relaxer, also the relaxer is easy to wash out and you only have to do about 2 shampoos with to make sure the hair is neutralised. They only allow 20 minutes max however so if your hair doesn't take in this time then i suggest an alternative. The relaxer was good and I tink a bit moere gental than dark n lovely
