ORS Olive Oil MOISTURiZER

IS ORS Olive oil in a jar still a water based moisturizer since water is the first ingredient? I was wondering because I saw that it has mineral oil and pretolatum in it.

Yeah, but I wouldn't waste my time on it. There are plenty others with better reviews. It seems that no one's hair likes the ingredient change

I used it once and stopped after I noticed that the mineral oil is like the second ingredient, which means that its really not very moisturizing at all

I used for a while, but it didn't seem to provide much moisture...it just kinda coated my hair and made it look greasy .

Yeah, I just finished a jar I had a long while ago, then I went out and bought another...it is NOT the same... my hair is now weighed down, greasy and hard to work with when I use it...
