I see it in Columbia at all the BSS stores.

I am not sure where you are in B'more, but I work in Canton and drove the back way to Eastpoint mall and saw it in a BSS there.

Can you give names/location of a couple of the BSS where you've seen it? I live in Woodlawn, so it's easier for me to go to Columbia rather than Eastpoint.

I am not sure of the names of the BSS, but there is one in the Owen Brown Village Center and one on Snowden River Parkway in a stripmall. The BSS is between the Burger King and Subway. When you go in, you will see a KFC and gas station (exxon, I think)

If you live in Woodlawn try the BSS over in Security Mall...also the BSS in Woodmoore shopping center on Liberty Road.
