HELP! Lye Relaxer Experts!

Hey Ladies...SO I quit the whole six month stretch thing! LOL I'm gonna be relaxing at 11 weeks. I was wondering can you keep a lye relaxer UNOPENED for 1 month? Because I'll be relaxing over SB and where I'm going you cant find ORS lye so i wanna buy it here. TIA
