I'm getting confused

I'm a self confessed PJ yet i don't know in which order i'm supposed to use my products :ohwell:

Suggestions in which order i use the following would be greatly appreciated.....

Leave-in conditioners
Hair moisturisers (ie ORS carrot cream, EQP Mango butter)
Water-based spray products (ie S-curl or Sta-sof-fro)
Serums
scalp oil (grease)
Oil (ie Castor oil, Jojoba etc)
Gels
Heat protectors (some come in serum form and some come in spray form)
Growth treatments (ie MTG, WGO, Sulfur 8)

If i use a Leave-in Conditioner do i still need to use a hair moisturiser or are they just the same thing?

Let me try ,
leave in (to condition)
hair mositurizer ( to soften)
oil,(to seal in moisture)
heat protectant when using direct heat
serum, (i'm not sure, I believe it is used for rollersetting,)
not sure the order of the growth treatments, I used to use mtg, I applied it after moisturizing, and the followed with oil, HTH

For me on wash day:

Leave-in then
Serum/Heat protectant (they are the same to me) if heat is used.

Moisturizer and or oil on the days following if needed.

I don't use growth aids now, but when I did, I applied them daily or so before moisturizing, if I was applying moisture that day.

Understanding the difference between moisture and protein, helped me to decide which products I need and the order. Although I never used grease on my scalp, I still thought an oil was all I need until coming to LHCF.

The concept of "sealing" in moisture from another product makes sense to me now!

Heres what I woul do:
Leave in Conditioners, Water based product then oil.
When dry: Groth Aids, the hair moisturizer then oil again

When ready to flatiron: Serum (heat protectant)

Afterwards, oil the ends
