Oprah's hair

I know I'm probably the last person to know...
But, I never get home in time to see Oprah. Today, when I made it home, it was still on....her hair is gorgeous! I know it's not all hers or anything, but man, it's so pretty! I love the color, layers, everything!

I am loving that color, but its time to let Andre' go! He use to keep her thick locks banging, but now she stays weaved up. I wonder what's wrong.

She has mentioned that she enjoys swimming during the summer months, so she keeps her own hair braided up.

I actually don't care for it all that much. I loved her hair best when it was big and thick with that slight sprial curl to it. This style to me looks like a very obvious weave.

Looks as though her real hair at the front is kinda dry and broken. Oprah is probably trying to protect her hair wearing a weave or fall...whatever.... for a while. I hope she sports her own thick, pretty hair again after a while.

I saw her in NYC on 42nd Friday afternoon and she looked a HAM. She had on 4" heels that she couldn't walk in and the ugliest dress in the world. She looked bad. Her hair looked alright though but she does need a new style. I wouldn't have even noticed her if I hadn't been looking at her shoes thinking "that lady needs to learn how to walk in heels". It's such a shame to be Oprahs best friend and looking bad

Her wigs are more like "helmets" and they are always the wrong color for her complexion. Sorry Gayle!!!!

I couldn't sleep last night and was watching Oprah on Croatian tv. Man her hair looked fried, dyed and parched--and it is clearly a weave. I miss Oprah's hair, too. I am not feeling the new (which is already played out) style. Her hair used to have movement, and now this thing is just sitting on top pf her head. I don't like it.

I love the hair and the color. It was nice to see the change, because I did not like the poof she has been wearing for a while. I wish she would start wearing her own hair again though. She used to be one of my hair idols. In his book, Andre said that he used heat on her hair everyday. Maybe that started to take a toll. Like a lot of black celebrities, she probably reached the point where the constant manipulation of her hair to make it camera ready was too much.

I agree. Andre needs to go. Her new hairdresser needs to rollerset and blow out her hair. She can wrap it at night. It will stay looking fresh for three days. Then, it'll be time to wash and rollerset it again. It will look much better than those wigs!

I hope Andre is giving her some deep treatments too.

I know of all people, Oprah shouldn't trust Andre since he is the one that said her type hair couldn't grow past shoulder length. So, I knew it was a weave.
