One more inch

I no longer measure, but this morning I washed my hair and as I combed it I asked my husband, is my hair touching the top of my bra and he said "If you tip you head back a little" which I did and it touched then I asked him without tipping how much more to touch and he said about an inch. Yeah. SO i was going to cut it because I wanted a little more evenness but I will wait a few more months so that even after I cut I will still be at brastrap. Now my question is this. Does it count when your hair is wet? Not dripping but towel dried. Once my hair is dried and styled it does not appear that long.

I have the same "problem", your hair has elasticity and that's a good thing

It you were to flat iron ur hair (or have it blow dried straight), it would be the exact length it was when wet so yes, it does count
