delp said:I finally applied MTG tonight. Needless to say, my head is on fire?(my entire Head)
Is this normal? Or am I having some sort of a reaction?
The more I rubbed it in the more intense the irritation was.
Do you mix it? with what? IS THIS NORMAL?
cocoberry10 said:No Delp, your hair is not on fire. MTG is an antifungal product, and it when applied to our hair, it literally "medicates" all the fungal areas of our head. You may even notice tiny spots where skin come up. Don't be alarmed by this, MTG is just working it's magic. Think of MTG as a "deep cleansing agent" that goes below the skins surface and removes the "impurities" (i.e. fungus, dermatitis, etc.).
I do want to warn you though. Since your skin seems somewhat sensitive to MTG, ALWAYS ALWAYS wrap a towel around you neck and shoulders. After I started using MTG, I didn't know this, and for two and a half weeks, my skin had flaked, ed, peeled, and I had to "heal" it (it's just completely going away now-- four weeks later). It was very uncomfortable. Be careful. Sorry for the long reply, but this is important info to know.
