You should be there in a few more months. You have the option to wait until you pass BSL or reach BSL and then trim. That's how I've always done it. Wait until you reach your goal length and then trim gradually. Your hair will still be healthy!

Persoanlly I would say you jus made BSL...Your bra seems to be just a lil father down then suppose...and that why I would say you made it. But then again how tall are you?...you look taller then average so that might be where your bra is suppose to be...I dunno...but I'm sticking to my story and staying with it!!!

I'm NOT a fan of the term BSL. Because bras fit differently on people. I look at the Shoulder blade. I say you are THERE! Because where the tip of your hair falls, it is a little PAST the shoulder blade...stretched.

If you go put on three different bras, I guarantee you, you will be past "bsl" in one, or barely "bsl" in another or just at "bsl".

Congrats! I say you did it and stop looking at that brastrap LOL!
