I have been avoiding getting a trim for about 6 months now because i want to save some of my ends before i do. When my hair was in a sew-in, it seemed to revive my ends. Right now that is not the case and its not all over my head, its just the back that the ends are really suffering.

Baggying helped a little but not all that much. Has anyone been able to revive their ends?

What exactly is wrong with your ends?

If they are split or damaged I wouldn't even try to save them. They will only break off and take your good hair with it.

Hanging onto bad ends is the worst thing you can do to your hair if you want it to grow IMO.

Do you DC? do you moisturize your ends daily? if so what are you using?
if they're not split, IMO you can "revive" them by kickin their butts with moisture like crazy.

I think you should just do a very light trim for good measure. If you try to hold on to those ends you will just end up regretting it later on. In the mean time though you should DC DC DC!!!

I tried to hold on to mine for a while and it did no good. Once I let em go, that hair and more grew back within a couple months. ie...siggy pic.

I say trim and keep em moisturized afterwards

i have single strang knots out the woozo. i think that maybe what im feeling

......and just maybe it's the not moisturizing daily that's drying out your ends.
Yea, I'm not a frequent dc'er and my ends do fine with daily moisturizing and sealing.

Deep conditioners don't do much for me but a good moisturizer and oil:lick:.

I think slacking on the daily moisturizing is probably more of the culprit.
GET TO IT MISSY!!!
