Okay, there's this chick on Divorce Court who's name is...

Is she black? If so thats a damn shame. But alot of hispanic women are named that but its not spelled that way.
 
I'm lost too.

Only thing I see wrong is the spelling. Other than that, Margarita is a common Hispanic name.
 
I know a black Margarite. People always assume she is hispanic by her first name. Margarita and Margarite is a common hispanic name like mine.
 
Well, her name was pronounced Margharheta,but when I saw her name, I instantly thought it was the drink. Can you imagine how she prolly has caught attitudes with folks because they said her name like the drink????

She was black and so was her husband. She had a relationship with someone who was not of legal age at the time, later married, had children and was seeking child support. Her husband was trying to 'break' into the porn industry, so he went around filming women's butts.

The drink was based on a name, just like Courvassier and just like the cars names Porche (Portia) and Mercedes.
