, I'm convinced that a supplement would speed my growth along. But which one do I use? And when I say supplement, I mean anything that promotes hair growth, whether it's an oral supp or a hair product. I've heard raves about MSM, Biotin, and Surge. Which is better???

And what else is out there that you all have had success with? I don't want to take the "kitchen sink" approach and start using everything

, I just want to use something that has gotten good results. So what do you all think?

The first board recommended vitamin I took was biotin. It is excellent to help speed up growth. I have been taking it for about 4 months with tremendous results.

I noticed the most growth when I was taking Twinlab's Liquid Aminos along with my multi and Puritan's Pride Biotin.

Maybe a very good multi-vitamin with 100% of RDA of B vits. You get biotin, panthenic acid and a host of good this for hair.

I'm in the same boat Ayanapooh. I'm trying to figure out which vitamin supplement/s to take. My problem is that I'm not a good pill taker and vitamins are so big! I think I'm going to have to get all my biotin, panthenic acid, and and fish liver oil in one pill if possible!!! I love spinach, but haven't been eating it as regularly as I used to, so I'm going to eat a lot more spinach too! Every leafy, green veggie is EXCELLENT for our hair!!

I also noticed that the hair vitamins that promise faster growth have an amino acid complex in them. They usually list about 18 different essential amino acids.
