1. upload photos
2. go to http://www.imageshack.us/
3. browse you computer to find photo you want
4. select size then click host it
5. copy url (they give your several options...i can't remember exactly...i think you choose the one for forums)
6. go to your profile
7. edit profile
8. copy url into your profile
9. save
