k....ladies I gave in and started taking my braids out I plan to have them out by this weekend and I know I need a protein treatment, hot oil and a perm how far should I space them out and what is the best type of protein treatment?

You could do a mild or strong protein. My favorite mild is GPB. For a stronger one, you could either go with Emergencee or Aphogee. I've also heard good things about Nexxus Keraphix but I haven't used it.
