I started using Surge while living in Jersey in June I moved here to Charlottesville, Virginia, and was depressed that I may have to send for it up north, but luckily a supplier here recently got it...It made my hair really grow everyone i recommended to loves it

for the DC girls, i bought mine at Beltway Beauty Supply on Pennsylvania Ave. the owner, Kathy is really really nice. Surge is in the first aisle on the left when you walk in. plunk down $6.50 and it's yours!
