I admit - I have always hated for my hair to touch my neck (even when I was relaxed) just the feel of it irritates the mess out of me. I love shrinkage!!!

I admit - I've had a serious case of HIF (hand in 'fro) for almost 2 years.

I admit - I love my Suave Professionals Humectant Shampoo and Conditioner. If it ain't broke...

I admit - I love to stretch my afro out as big as I can and go to the mall and watch heads turn
laugh.gif
. I usually don't do that more than once a month...wouldn't want my head to get to big.

i tried COPA when it first came out. debbie allen wouldn't lie to me, right?
ohwell.gif
luckily it did nothing, good or bad, to my hair.

I admit-- i dont mind getting asked if my hair is a weave

I admit-- I dont sit back while i drive because i'm afraid of getting my ends caught between me and the seat

I admit-- i wish i knew how to rollerset

I admit-- i'm not scared of getting caught in the rain anymore since i can put my hair in a bun and still look cute

-I use my flat-iron about 1-2x a week
-I don't wash my hair for about 10 days after a relaxer because I love how it feels
-I don't know how to do a bun or a drawstring ponytail
-I'm a PJ & I'm proud

What all did you buy????

do you use it on your scalp or your hair? when i was little over the summers my mom used to braid my hair and grease my scalp with this stuff, and my hair grew and it was healthy. I bought some a little while ago when i finally saw it again. I love the smell.

i admit:
-i STILL don't have a regimen down pat ( im getting close)
-sometimes i fear my hair will NEVER reach my measly even collarbone goal
-i am buying GPB even though i got good free conditioners from the girls at the NY meeting
-sometimes i dream about wash day with glee.
-im scared to wash my hair until i get a shower filter.

that i dont even feel like messin with, lookin at or touchin my hair at all most days....and some days i just do a "surface" job of brushing back and going....hehehe

LOL
1. That I tried surge and I quit cuz it worked. too freaky
2. I went 2 years not caring at all about hair and now I want it long.
3. I do not want everbody to be natural. I kind of like being unique.

I thought I was the only one who did that

-I admit, I love it when people think my real hair is a weave, or when they think my weave is my real hair. This woman yesterday asked me how long it took to do this "strawset."

- I admit that I can't go a day without visiting this site, even though I know they monitor the internet at work.

- I am so obsessed with hair, I think I can give everyone advise about hair care.

- I secretly buy hair products and hide them so my husband won't get on me. ( I made a promise to stick to my staples)

- I also still use grease, when I rollerset.

**I bought a K-Cutter comb from someone on this board without actually knowing what the heck it is. (great comb, though)

**Sometimes i dance like Tina Turner (rollin on the river), in front of the mirror so that i can swing my collarbone-length hair like a wild woman. :D

**I hate S-curl

**even though I dusted my hair twice, I have not had a professional trim since October and the back of my hair is in need of one. (shhhhhh!!)

**Even though I am the queen of Mizani (what my fiance calls me), i am starting to get curious about Keracare humecto and other Keracare products.

**Elastica QP MangoButter smells so good that sometimes I wanna eat it. :look:

**I sometimes use my moisturizing cremes as lipbalm after i brush my teeth. (ORS carrot oil is the best). Hey it's a telltale sign if it moisturizes your dry lips then that means it;ll also moisurize your hair, for sure. (okay T.M.I.) :look:

---Sometimes I wish I'd never relaxed my hair after being natural for two years or so (I see afro puffs and I want one!)
---Sometimes I think I'll never want to go natural
---I am hair schizo and I want it ALL!
---I hardly every style my hair
---I need to start styling my hair
---Despite having a horrible touch up experience in November(which I'm STILL recovering from) relaxing my own hair is a pain and I'm considering trying to find a good stylist
---When I'm done touching up (just finished one and am doing a deep moisture treatment now) I realize its worth the hassle to save $60 or so dollars and not be afraid of someone jacking me.

Lol.
I dont have anything to admit to....um lets see....I admit that I am addicted to this damn hair site. And I need to start on these three papers I have do for school!!!...and that am scissor happy..I need help!!! I love to cut :(

- i greased my scalp with BB super grow (who's first two ingredients are petro. and min. oil) and I LOVED it

Hey whatever works for you. Personally I never really liked greasing my scalp and honestly my hair is basically healthy in whether I do it or not. When I did grease, it was about once a week or so. But I was heavy handed when I greased my scalp.

I admit to buying the BBD Stretch even though I swore up and down I would never get it. I hope I hate this stuff :lachen:.

...I admit that since joining this month I spend a ridiculous amount of time here!

...I admit that I hid my BSS purchases from my boyfriend this week (WGO, Profective, CON Shampoo, Olive Oil) and when he saw it he laughed at me. :look:

...I admit that I now look forward to washing my hair all the time but limit it to once a week.

...I admit that I breathed a BIG sigh of relief when I found this board and said buh-bye to my former horrible stylist.

...I admit that I get excited at the thought of growing my hair and nursing it back to health!

...Finally, I admit that I have a secret stash of cash for my next PJ purchases in May and I don't feel bad about it. :p

Hehehe, u hit the nail on the head with that one! I also would like to add That this site has helped me solve most of my hair dramas ( thanx ya'll) My hair has grown faster thanks 2 the stinky challenge and I am more bolder with my hair. :lachen: PJ for life! :ohwell: At least my hair is growing....

-I just started using a brush again because my scalp is on fire!!

-I LOVE my fine tooth comb, I cannot get my hair smooth enough (when airdrying) without it.

-I'm trying to find my staple products so that I can stop spending so much money and just use what works but trying to figure out what works best is turning me into even more of a product junky & I'm using trying to find my staples as an excuse to try as many new products as I can

-I like some products with petrolatum & mineral oil like Design Essentials Diamonds Oil Sheen Spray & Decca Plus Satin Pomade and justify using them because they each have a ton of great ingredients besides those two

-I like shopping for hair products more than for clothes & shoes etc...even though I'm a shop-a-holic for clothing as well.

-I have a whole cabinet of hair products. Just the other day I was doing spring cleaning of clothes and had to do it with hair care products. I ended up putting away 2 1/2 boxes of products and my cabinet is still full of products.

-I hide products from my husband, 15 year old daughter and visiting friends and family. They can get their own. I do throw them a bone and let them have the products I don't like.

- I have an albums worth of pictures of my hair, products, and styles of my kids hair

- I am so thankful for this board because I have learned how to care for my natural hair.

-Sometimes I am not as gentle with my hair and just figure I can do a good protein treatment.

-I can be obsessive about dusting my ends.

-I scared my husband and daughter because they were playing and broke my bone comb. My daughter hid and I had to leave the room to pray!!!

Take care Q

I use products with mineral oil and petroleum on wet hair and my hair loves it despite what I have said about mineral oil in the past. So as long as I put it on wet hair it's all good.:yep:

I used BB Super Grow lite formula for a long time...like 6 months. I just got too lazy to grease/oil my scalp anymore, so I gave it to my sister. I liked ait because of the sulphur in it, and that helped my dry scalp.

Ok, I admit:

-I really liked greasing my scalp, and I may return to doing that this week with BB Super Grow or Sulfur 8.

-Greasing my scalp all my life helped my hair's health and growth, no matter what most stylists say!

-I miss my press n' curl days (before the hair crack).

-I wish I could cornrow my own hair, and if I could, I would wear braids all the time.

-I have been shampooing my hair everyday, and its shedding more, but still healthy.

-I am going back to washing once a week, and greasing up afterwards!

-I will never use heat again...except a rollerset under a hooded dryer maybe on a special occasion.

-I loved wrapping my hair EVERY NIGHT, although its too difficult to do after 6 weeks post.

-I had faster growth on my last stretch.

-I am going to stretch 4 months this time, with the help of...cornrows! :D

I carry a pocket mirror with me all day at work and take mini breaks to go look at my hair in the mirror :D

The fact that it is a private, one stall bathroom with good lighting makes it even better!!! :lachen:

I love running my fingers through my hair...
Have dreams of long, strong Jet Black hair....
I'm a shamefully, proud PJ & Hair Stalker!
