HUSBAND has never even seen...(and we've been together 10 years!!). Airdried...NO Product....(Lawd help me)...and MAJOR SHRINKAGE!!
Is this 3c or 4a?

Wow, your hair looks great! :eek: Your husband should join LHCF. Then he can see your hair like we can.:lol:

AND THAT WOULD BE THE ONLY WAY...he'd see it....
When I do my hair (and youshould see it when I blow it out wtih the dryer...I look like a mean 'ol lion)...I either wait until he leaves, or go downstairs to another bathroom...he knows not to come looking for me...
 
Girl you should rock that look! Throw some curly custard in there to keep it moisturized, some curly pudding for hold, and keep it moving!:thumbsup:

The second I put product in it to "roll the curly look" I look like the guy and his Family from Coming to America....(sexual Chocolate, ya'll)
 
I can't believe your husband hasn't seen your hair air dried!! Sad to say it, my hair looks exactly like that when I air dry, and I don't like it on me, but I love it on you! Seems like I don't have enough volume or something, but your hair is absolutely gorgeous air dried. As someone mentioned, if you put enough product on it to keep it moisturized and keep it from drying out, you would be fine.

Are you going to wear it like that for a minute or are you going to flat iron with one of the many irons from your "collection"?:) (yeah, remember you told us about your extensive "collection")
 
What is your regimen when you blowdry and flatiron? It looks like you must be a pro with all the tools you've got.

Ya think????? Hee Hee....Ok..here we go (forgive me...my husband took me to a late lunch and I had afew Margaritas, so if I stutter typing, you know why!!!!)
Okay...wash with whatever...usually 3-4 diff types of shampoos...no one base..
Condition w/ Nexxus Ensure...leave in 3 minutes, comb thru wet...rinse in ICE WATER (it's getting HARD during the winter!)
Spray w/ 3-4 squirts of Lustrasilk hair Culture solution...sit u nder the hood dryer for about 1 minutes just to get the roots dry....let the ends air dry for about 30 minutes...
Use the hand held dryer loosely to dry the ends, and then turn it up using the comb attachemnet to straighten.
Use the FHI to flat iron ...small sections at a time and use BTZ Thermal protectant (1/2 squirt) on each section...and viola !!!!That's it...I migth bump the end w/ the flat iron..but I've gotten REALLLLL lazy!!!!!

TRUST ME...you don't want this mess!!!! Never does what it's supposed to!!
I'll pass on letting him see it...I might be SURPRISED in the wrong way!!!

That's the problem...not enough volume in the right spots!! And then when put product in...and trust me...I've tried EVERYTHING...it weighs it down and I have an anorexic jherri curl.....
I just threw it up into a bun....

It looks good. Maybe if you twisted it out and let it airdry a little, you'd get the extra volume.
 
Have you tried using a diffuser and scrunching to get more volume? Also layering in the right places would give your more volume. I'd say you're a 3b, lots of ppl. would kill to have your hair or at least buy it from Indianhairs. :D
