In my never ending search for what works best for my hair, I've become very interested in oils. I've been going through the threads trying to figure out the different kinds and what they provide for the hair. However, being the smart divas that you are
, when oils are discussed, it is usually in regards to a regime therefore it's listed but not explained.
I think that the veteran HHJ divas, primarily know what they are used for so there is no need for explanations.
Please educate me and other newbies on the different types of oils and what they provide for hair. Also, if there is an acronym associated with the oil, please list it. I'm still trying to figure out what the heck EVCO is

Ie. Hempseed, garlic, sunflower, etc...

Castor oil is heavy and will seal in moisture like nothing else. It's heavy so I only recommend using on the ends. Jojoba oil is light and not greasy. Jojoba is also great if your face gets dry in the winter.
