Sunny On a Cloudy Day
I have been taking the Oil of Olay for 3 months (Total Effects 7xx for beautiful skin and wellness).

They are expensive, but I can say that my skin is looking great and I have more energy. It doesn't have all the good stuff that various hair-specific vits have, but are effective. The box has 30 daily packets. Each packet has a multivitamin, CoQ10, vitamin E and alpha lipoic with green tea.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has used them and what their experience was/is.

In addition I take:
  • MSM (1000-2000mgs) just started these 3 weeks ago
  • Vitamin C (1000) & E (800)
  • Omega 3 (1000)
  • Oil of Evening Primrose (1000)
  • (occasionally use Flaxseed Oil as well)

Hey girl, I take these vitamins and I absolutely  them. My skin has improved as well since Ive been taking them. Ive been taking them for close to a year, and I will continue to. I take the exact ones that you are taking. I usually get mine from Albertsons, they always have buy one get one free.:look: The only other vitamins Im taking are Omega 3-6-9 (thanks, Catina, for the recommendation):D

WHAT?! BUY ONE GET ONE FREE?! I don't have an Albertson's in New Jersey. LAWD! Do they have internet ordering? The cheapest I've found them is at WalMart for $9.98. Walgreens and CVS sell them for $15.00! Aren't they fabulous?

I even have my immediate manager taking 'em girl!

lol:lachen: I didnt know Walmart had them that cheap. Albertsons sells them for $15.00 so by the time you pay tax and all, its probably not that much different from Walmart's prices in reality. But yes girl, they are fabulous. Its the next best thing since sliced bread

i took the one for even complexion i used the whole bottle for 30 days and it did nothing for me. cant say it helped with hair because i was wearing braids then.
