Oderless Castor Oil

Organic Castor oil doesn't naturally have much of a scent, at all. Jamaican Black Castor oil has a very distinct smell, however. I think when people refer to whether castor oil has an odor (on lhcf, anyhow) they're referring to the difference between regular castor oil and JBCO .

You're so welcome! Are you thinking of using the regular for hair? scalp?

I'm hiding my hair for the winter and plan on making an amla/maka castor oil infusion to massage into my scalp nightly. I'm hoping for growth and thickness so that when I reveal in Spring I just may be touching BSL.

I'm thinking of using it for my lashes (lol) and for my hair. I have been reading on it's humectant properties and about how good it is for the ends as well! That sounds like a good plan. From what I read, it does aid in growth and thickness. My mom used it to grow my hair out when I was a child, so I'm sure it will work fine!

Oooh I bet it'll make your lashes lush! I think I saw that mentioned in a thread; castor oil mixed with silk amino acids, I think.
