Automatic.
When you added two to your cart then went to checkout, a pop-up would come up letting you choose a free one.

While I side eye her 'sales', their shipping is fairly priced and fast! I placed my order yesterday and it is on its way! Well, if I like it, I will stock up as well. Keeping my fingers crossed that it is what I need to stop some breakage that I have been experiencing.

Only put two in your cart. When you check out, you should get a pop-up about a third cap.
