Your hair and those curls are shiny and gorgeous but you know you got that good hair anyway:grin:

Give us more info on the products you used for your rollerset.

The products i used to acheive the result from the rollerset are Arosci leave in (water based) to detangle my hair, and my stylist applied a good amount of my nourishing hair creme. She just used large magnetic rollers and then secured with pins. btw, thanks for the compliment, i don't have good hair lol

WOW - I can't imagine!! I love love love that stuff too.... I actually like the 619 for relaxed hair because my hair is sorta fragile right now. Not a one shedded stran or popping ends!!! :lick: I got some 233...this is not my last purchase..I was just gearing up for them!!

I like the 619 extra strength and 233, as well. I don't use them as often as the 619 moisturizing one, but on relaxer day I use the 619 extra or 233 for added protein along with some of them 619 moisturizing one. Very nice.

Giovanni Direct Leave-in
Coconut Cream (contains 30% water while Coconut Milk has 45% water content) mixed w/EVOO, jojoba, honey & 2 squirts of WRTC :goodone:

Major Hit:

Sheaterra organics virgin coconut cream

This smells sooo delicious!!! The least gritty coconut oil that I've ever tried.......this is definitely a new staple of mine!!!

REVISITED HITS (ALWAYS HITS!)
Silicon Mix
Salerm 21

For the ORS, try mixing it w/ a touch of olive oil. I add just a touch of olive oil when I do protein pre-poos. (BTW, I am not a person who loves to mix a whole bunch of products together, but I tried this combo "for fun." It worked!)

Thanks mango!! I'll try this with my SE Hair Mayo. I had to throw out the ORS Hair Mayo I had. I think it was expired. Now I know why it was on sale the day I bought it:perplexed

HIT
Aubrey Organics White Camellia Ultra Smoothing conditioner - WOW... I got the urge to CW last night, and haven't been having much luck with my normal conditioners, so I looked into my product graveyard and saw an almost full bottle of this just sitting there. I bought it a while back, when I was buying any and everything recommended on here. I decided to try it, and I was a little worried because I didn't feel much slip, but when I put that comb to my head...it was heaven. I only lost about 5-10 hairs. Love this stuff...gotta get more!

Did I mention Bigen?

Bigen Oriental Black was a big Hit for me

I'm so loving this. It does exactly what the bottle says

Misses: Beautiful Beginnings by Clairol

This rinse made my hair so hard I was scared to even use the shower comb to get through :nono:

Den you are killin' me right now. I just looked at the website and my mouth was drooling. Is the postal strike almost over? I want to hurry up and place my order

hits: removing kemi oyl from my regimen. wierd. I tended to shed less when I baggied my hair without it. Double wierd.

Misses: ORS Hair Mayonnaise O my goodness my hair absoulutely hated this stuff. I shed more and my hair was so hard.

HITS : coconut oil
MISS : nothing, I rarely try anything new......:look:

Hits
Hennalucent- IT really does add definition to my hair
CON Green Shampoo- Smells good, my hair likes it
African Organics Mayonaisse- Love the smell. I use it as conditioner and leave in.
MTG - That stuff has been doing it's job. No noticeable growth, but there is noticeable thickness.
La Bella Freeze and Hold Gel- It lays my waves down with a smack. My hair is crispy though, so I am searching for something to mix it with so it's not so hard.
Coconut Oil- I use LouAnn, it's wonderful, especially as an aftershower moisturizer all over!

Misses
360 Spinnin Waves Wave Cream- Does make waves, but highly dull and useless ones.
Lime Green Sunsilk Leave in (w/avocado)- Does nothing but leaves buildup.
Colorful Protein Filler (Red)- Washes out as soon as you rinse.
CHI Silk INfusion- I guess it's just not meant to work for me...or I need to work on my straightening techniques and regimens.
Pantene Relaxed and Natural Conditioner- Useless.
Jherri Rhedding 100% Natural Protein - Uhm I smelled like Soy Sauce, and it did nothing but stink.
ION Hair Straightener- Softened hair, helped a little, but mainly smelled good.

Undecided

Castor Oil - It's a lil weird as a wash or oil rinse, but I'ma keep experimenting.
Sally's Generic Chi 44 Iron Guard- Smells like the real thing, but I only use it to dampen my hair and brush it straight down again.
Aussie Moist Conditioner- Used to work lovely when I was texlaxed, now it's ehh.
La Bella Placenta- It seems more moisturizing than protein building, but it has castor oil in it!

Hit: Lustersilk olive oil cholesterol- moisturizing and cheap; what is not to love

Hits

Biolage Cerarepair Hydratherapie: Thanks Keclee! at first I thought my hair might hate it because it is very thin. I need at least 3 tubes :eek2:to distribute throughout my hair. I need it in bulk if I am going to use this regularly! The results were wonderful. :yay:It didn't dry or make my hair hard, and I could definitely feel that it worked in my hair!

revisited hits: humecto + olive, apricot kernel oil reapplied after 15 min.

lacio lacio mixed with castor oil gives the best sets under a decent dryer followed by 10 min on cool.
misses: none

On the fence: neosporin AF mixed with CD hair balm, emu and wheat germ oil. boy it makes my roots dry feeling, but it was easily remedied with jojoba.

Sunsilk Hydra TLC 24/7 Creme is a HIT! It being only $2.50 (@ Big Lots) was good, but it moisturizing my hair so well (even after a Bigen/blowdryer catastrophe), smelling so good, being so light, and available almost any-dern-where-- I'm very pleased :yep:! I also had some coupons and just got on-line to request some more. I hate I missed the MVP sale at Food Lion the last two weeks ($2.79 and then I could used my coupons). I'm definitely gonna get the conditioner (even if only to pre-poo) and shampoo.

Nobody buy that Hot Tools Professional Ionic electric blue dryer. Okay, so I had no business blow-drying my hair, anyway. Ugh. But the stupid comb broke and the dern thing was so hard to manuever off bat, I would have come off better (quicker, easier, and HEALTHIER) had I just rollerset and sat under the dryer. Once I made APL I lost my dern mind :nono:!

I love this stuff. The conditioner is nice too. I might try it as a pre-poo again. I like the fact that you can find it anywhere.....Target, Walmart, dollar store etc...
